Payments for all services will be charged in GBP (pounds) and the amount shall be debited once you subscribe and provide the payment details as mentioned in the payment terms or service agreements on our website.

Monatree Services can provide you with cash flow management, bank reconciliation and Forecasting Services. We charge for our services once your registration is complete. All payments are subject to refund as mentioned on our website.

Our Monatree Consultants are available to help customers via telephone and email. If you require dedicated or live support, we offer a support package if opted for the same. For all services offered by our advisors and consultants, charges are prepaid and refund policies are subject to our terms as mentioned on our website.

Every service on our website is subject to availability. And in case of any service or product being out of stock due to higher customer demand, we shall promptly inform you at the earliest possibility once it has been reimbursed. We are not liable for any typographical or pictorial error on any product or service on our website.

Any kind of duplication or modification of the Monatree website without the written consent from Monatree is strictly prohibited. Also, we do not express that the information contained on our site is appropriate, available or permissible for use in all locations.

Monatree maximum liability will be limited to the purchase price of the sold product. Members are agreed to indemnify and hold Monatree (Monatree Ltd), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, agents, and contractors harmless for any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees and the charges, made by any third party due to or caused by the Member's use of the Services, violation of the said Agreement. Any infringement by members or other user of the services using a member's computer, of any intellectual property or any other right related to a person or an entity.

Monatree is not responsible for any content, service or link that is present on its website but is owned and operated by other third-party sites or member. Member should contact the site administrators or the webmaster for any concerns regarding any third-party site or link. Member's use of any service from the third-party site or access to any link is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of the third-party site and Monatree is not responsible in any way for the same. We also encourage all our Members to kindly review the respective privacy policies of third-party sites prior to using Monatree services.

In case any provision contained in the agreement becomes invalid, illegal and hence unenforceable as a whole or partly, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the rest of the provisions or the remainder of the agreement, and the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified so as to present similar result that can be valid or enforceable.

These terms and conditions together with the Monatree invoice regarding the product or service ordered by the customer is complete and is an exclusive agreement between the customer and Monatree, and they supersede every previous or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understanding, condition, warranties and all other communication between Monatree and customer regarding the subjected product or service. The agreement may not explain or supplement the prior course of dealing or trading by custom or Monatree.

All content included and available on the Monatree Website including videos, test materials, design, text, graphics, interfaces and the selection and arrangements of the same is within the reserved rights, and is the property of Monatree or owned by third parties protected by Intellectual Property Rights. Any use of the materials on the website including duplication for actions other than those included in the license, modification or distribution, display performances, copying or any form of data removal or data extraction used for any commercial purpose of any kind without the written consent of an authorized officer of Monatree is strictly prohibited. All Members agree that he/she/they will not use any robot spider, other automatic device, or any manual process to monitor or copy from the web page or any content mentioned on it without the prior approval and written consent of the permissible authority of Monatree.

The logo and trademark of Monatree are owned by exclusive rights of Monatree and its associate or sister concerns. Any other trademarks displayed on the Monatree are the trademarks of their respective owners and are not endorsed or recommended by Monatree. Monatree has and retains the exclusive right to limit order quantity or reject an order at our discretion. Should this occur, you will be notified at our soonest convenience of same.

Some products of services may incur a taxable VAT (Value Added Tax) charge. Where this occurs, the invoice will show the VAT element paid and all prices will be considered to include VAT where shown on our invoice.
