Refund Policy
Monatree Ltd charges for the following services:
  • Cash flow Management
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Forecasting
  • Consultancy Services
  • Technical Support Services
We charge only after the service is delivered, unless agreed as prepaid with the client. The client can cancel Monatree services within a notice period of 30 days, at any time. All advances and payments made for services rendered are Non-refundable.

In case customers are not satisfied with the services purchased through our website, they may ask for a refund of the paid amount citing a valid reason within the first 30 days from the purchase/subscription date, and it is at the sole discretion of Monatree Ltd, if the refund shall be approved and authorised.
  • All Monatree subscription based services may be refunded within 30 days from the date of invoice or from the subscription valid from date as per the refund policy in force at the time of subscription.
  • We cannot accept refunds of non-Monatree services, professional services including pre-paid time, product training, shipping & insurance fees.
  • If a product shipment is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and keep all packaging. Contact us upon receipt to start a claim.
  • Shipping and Insurance costs are not refundable.
  • Damaged items, used items or services, opened items, or items purchased more than 30 days ago, are not eligible for a refund.

If goods are faulty please contact us and we will arrange a replacement/return.
