Money is simply a resource, like water or air. Your
job is to manage it so it doesn't run out and to keep your stress and
anxiety levels to a minimum. Can you say you're confident and relaxed
with your money? If not, don't worry, Monatree can help.
Why doesn't everyone have a good grip on their
financial position? Why do people keep spending when they don't have
enough money? There are many reasons but they all come down to the same
thing; lack of clarity in your financial position.
If money is creating stress or even keeping you up
at night, then Monatree is precisely what you need. It may be hard to
believe but once you start getting control of your finances, you will
gain absolute confidence in your financial position and not have to
worry about bills again. It really is that simple.
A famous saying, "identifying the problem is halfway
to solving the problem" certainly applies to money management. In most
cases, just seeing the problem reveals the answer to the problem!
Monatree is designed to solve this half of the problem by giving you
clear information.
Note:
The effects from using Monatree can sometimes feel
extraordinary. It maximises the money you have whilst giving you full
visibility of where your money goes - and where it will go - so you know
what to do and when to do it.
Imagine knowing and seeing clearly that in 3 months
time, you have a shortage of funds BUT because you know this now, you
can do something about it before it becomes a bigger problem.
The
feeling is very empowering because you can see the problems coming
BEFORE they arrive. This is just one of the many benefits of using
Monatree.
There are 3 simple areas of understanding in Monatree:
1) Know who you pay and who pays you.
In most cases, knowing who to pay or who pays you
can be taken from your bank statement. Monatree simply needs to know a
name. It could be the name of your employer, or a utility company or
even the gardener! Monatree uses "Payees" to identify this, you can
choose any name you like and it doesn't necessarily have to match the
name on your bank statement, although it can if you like.
2) Know when bills need to be paid.
Monatree will take care of the timing by clearly
showing what has to be paid and when but to start you just need to know
either the date you pay, or are paid, and the frequency of the payment
(i.e. one-off, daily, weekly, monthly etc). Your wages, for example,
could be weekly or monthly depending on your employer. In most cases
this can be taken from your bank statement or you may already know the
frequency of the payment.
3) Know what you are paying for.
Once the above are known, this principle reveals
itself automatically. You may be paying for old subscriptions or
services, or you may be paying way more than you should for goods and
services. Monatree captures all your spend which immediately highlights
any unusual or unexpected payments. Being able to see where you can save
money is a fundamental feature of Monatree.
